According to Santi Aouna of Foot Mercato, Lyon forward Moussa Dembélé is one of Newcastle United's alternatives for bolstering their attacking line in January.

The 25-year-old, who joined Celtic in 2018, is a favorite of both manager Eddie Howe and advisor Nick Hammond.

Despite this, the Premier League club has yet to make contact with Les Gones about a possible transfer for the forward, whose contract expires at the end of next season.
